This is my first time ever using halftone screens like professional mangakas use, so I was a bit unsure of the results... But I like how it ended up. Yeah, I really do! (which doesn't happen often)

The ones who read my The Wicked Siren may think I got the idea for there, but not in this case.
I actually got the inspiration reading 's fanfiction "Horizon" (read it! -> [link] )
(not-so-hidden advertisment: During WW2, American fighter pilot Alfred Jones crash-lands in Occupied Denmark. While looking for his brother Matthew, he meets Arthur, an entracing merman who had been robbed of his voice. Alfred falls hopelessly and obsessively in love with him, so much that he can't imagine living without him, but things aren't what they seem to be...)

Why the title "The Last Horizon"? Because the horizon is considered to be the farthest end of the world, and Arthur, deadly, soul-less Arthur, would be YOUR end, thus the last horizon your eyes couold ever hope to see.

About the original fanfic, my goal at first was writing a prequel of this story, centred on Arthur's and Norway's (sad) love story (since the fandom horribly lacks it), but time and school plotted against me, so I only managed to make this fanart.
