contacted me, telling that he had liked my Vivi drawings and that he wanted me to join their annual Eyes On Final Fantasy event, you could have knocked me over with a feather. It was the first time my art was given such a great praise. To be invited to join more than 100 other DA artist on this project was a real honour!

Despite pretty much focing Cloud to take her on a date and dragging him around Gold Saucer, I think Tifa didn't really hope for Cloud to kiss her when the play asked for that. I tried to portray her suprise and pleasure when Cloud actually goes down on his knee and kisses her hand - and I tried to portray Cloud's "oh, well, I might as well do it right" attitude.

CloTi for life! And yeah, in retrospect I really am glad for your friend saying to keep it black and white. It really does capture the sensitive nature of that moment. I'm a big fan of this scene because I'm a huge fan of Tifa as a character, and it was great to see the quiet girl get a little love - acted or otherwise - in this moment within the game.
